Dave started his career in Financial Services with Midland Life in 1987, doing various roles before joining Midland Private Bank which later became HSBC. He then became an IFA for the bank before co-founding Hawker and Palmer in 2005.
Originally from Bristol, Dave now lives in Nailsea with his wife Sue, his children Megyn and Hallam, and his two dogs. Outside of work, Dave enjoys watching his son play football, trips away in his campervan and boating with his family.

Kieran has over 30 years experience in Financial Services and has been an independent adviser for over 20, initially with HSBC Private Bank, before co-founding Hawker and Palmer in 2005.
Born and bred in Congresbury, he lives there with his wife Amanda, children Molly and Joe, and their two cocker spaniels. A lifelong rugby enthusiast, he was forced to stop playing at age 30 due to injury but has since coached his son’s team through the age grades. The Palmer family are also regulars at Bristol Bears.
